We quote for every order including VAT.  The quote is based on the quantity, design required and the personalistion.  All our quotes have no hidden costs.  Please note, at Hoodyworld we are happy to match or beat any like for like quote. ( Please send a copy of competitors quote).

We have a leadtime of 3-4-working weeks for most orders in peak season.

Yes. We always send a digital proof of the hoody or garment ordered, prior to personalisation.  At this stage you can change layout, design or even print colours. This stage is very important and is your responsibility to check accuracy. Once the visual is confirmed we send over a despatch date and commence with the ordering / printing process.

We have 3 simple ways to pay for your order.

• We accept all major debit / credit cards. Except American xpress.
• BACS transfer.
• Cheque.

Please note we only go ahead with the personalisation process when the full payment has been received. This does not apply to schools and institutes, where we require an official purchase order number to go ahead with the order.
