Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is only taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods.
We have a standard carriage rate of £6.00. We offfer a local collection service please call to discuss. Also a premium 1-2 delivery service. FREE STANDARD DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER £400
Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy. If your item is not in stock we will back order for you.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless your order is for goods that are made to your own specification (branded)...Personlised.
Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
Returns / Refunds
If you need to return goods your replacement will be sent at a re-delivery rate of £6.00+ VAT . If your order is returned for a refund there will be a re-stocking min charge of £6.00 or 15% of the value of the order-which ever is the greatest.
To keep our prices realistic we do not include free returns. this is the responsibility of our customers.
We will happily refund or replace goods returned to us within 7 days of receipt, provided goods are saleable condition, with packaging and original labels and tags. Please clearly label returns with your order number, reason for return and contact details.
Refunds of money. Although debits are a rapid transaction by payment service provivers, please allow 10 working days for your account to be credited. This is due to the process of refunds and not any delay on our part. N.B. We reccommend that you obtain proof of postage.
